SHIPMENT - PAYMENT OF ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The products will be sent to the address you have chosen during the ordering process. Orders are shipped in Greece with the partner courier company elta courier.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
4. 1 Replacement method.
Payment upon receipt of the order. When the courier comes to your premises to deliver your products, you pay cash for the value of your order. The cost of the cash on delivery service is three euros (€3. 00).
4. 2 Payment by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification by Lets Encrypt, Inc. ) which guarantee a secure transaction environment for most of the 500 largest companies in the world. The completion of your card details (card number, expiry date, CCV) is done in the secure environment of alpha bank with the support of 3D Secure technology. And www. lovincloz. com does not receive your card details in any way. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy of www. lovincloz. com.
4. 3 Payment via PayPal.
Payment with PayPal is made under the strict transaction terms imposed by PayPal.
4. 4 Payment by bank deposit.
Payment can be made to a bank account of www. lovincloz. com at no extra cost. After placing your order, you must proceed with the deposit within 3 working days, otherwise the order will be cancelled and the products will be released.

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN GREECE
The shipping costs are as follows:
Shipments within Greece are NOT charged with shipping costs, if the value of your order exceeds one hundred (100,00€) Euro. If the value of your order is less than one hundred (100,00€) Euro, it is charged with three euros (3,00€) for shipments throughout Greece. The courier company we work with is elta courier. In case the area you have declared to send you your products is not served by the elta courier network, we have the responsibility to send you your order in an alternative way, without additional charge on the above shipping costs for you for delivery within Greece.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are dispatched within 3 -5 working days (Monday to Friday). During periods of promotions and sales it may take 6 days for goods to move through our network.
When your order is delivered to the courier company, you will receive an informative e-mail with the tracking code. With this number you can track the progress of your shipment via the courier company's e-mail address https://www. elta-courier. gr.
We inform you that in case of any shortage you will be informed within 6 days of any order cancellation on the phone or email you have indicated, and the order will be automatically cancelled.
In case you are absent from the delivery address, the courier company will leave you a notice stating the number of your parcel and the telephone number you should call to arrange for pick-up.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNEES - PASSENGERS
1. Returns are made on products that are in perfect condition with the special markings (tags) and their original packaging.
2. Returns are made within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order by the customer from the courier company.
3. The return-change must be accompanied by a copy of the Proof of Retail Sale or the exchange card and after you have informed www. lovincloz. com by phone or email.
4. Changes are made through our on-line shop.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGING A NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
1. Send the product with a charge to the recipient ABOURI Bros. , with the company elta courier obligatory with a copy of the Retail Receipt, indicating in a note the reason for the change/return of the product.
2. On the return parcel please indicate: to Avouris Brothers Ltd, 72 MAIANDROU Street, NEA IONIA, 14233.
3. When we receive the product of the shipment, the process of sending the new order will start.
REFUND PROCEDURE FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
1. Send the product at your own cost, with a courier company, with a copy of the Retail Receipt, indicating the reason for the change/return of the product.
2. On the return parcel please indicate: to Avouris Brothers Ltd, 72 MAIANDROU Street, NEA IONIA, 14233.
3. Inside the parcel you must include your full details (name, contact phone number, account number, IBAN, bank) and a copy of the Retail Receipt.
4. Once we receive the product, the copy of the receipt and your full details, the refund process begins.
5. The deposit is made within 15 working days from the receipt of the product (value of the product without shipping costs).
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All parcels are checked by the company's staff before being shipped. However, in case you find a problem, you should email info@lovincloz. com within 24 hours from the time of delivery, expressing your reservations.
In case the product is defective and the damage is normal, the product is sent to AVOURI Bros. O. E. with the courier company ELTA COURIER at the recipient's expense, according to the Returns and Exchanges procedure. The product is replaced and returned to the customer at the expense of the company ABOURI Bros.
For a product to be accepted as defective, the damage must not be due to misuse of the product. If it is determined that the damage is due to misuse by the customer, then the same product is returned to the customer with shipping costs borne by the customer.
